• a minimum of 2 years of experience in dispute resolution;

As a member of our corporate/M&A team, you will be actively engaged in a variety of high-impact M&A deals, as well as investment rounds in the most promising start-ups on the Romanian market. Your role will extend beyond routine tasks, you will be directly involved in the intricacies of such transactions.
