Andronic and Partners assisted IPP Holding Group on the acquisition of Imersia Multichannel Agency
Bucharest, February 13, 2025. Andronic and Partners has assisted IPP Holding Group, the sole shareholder of Instore Power Provider (IPP), in the signing of the agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake (90%) in Imersia Multichannel Agency. The transaction is subject to merger clearance by the Romanian Competition Council.
IPP Holding Group is the sole shareholder of Instore Power Provider (IPP), a company founded by Ionuț Valeriu Corniciuc 19 years ago, and has various holdings in companies in related fields such as promotional logistics, retail media, and in-store robotics. IPP offers innovative solutions to improve the performance of retail brands, from merchandising, sales representation services, staff leasing, commercial training and certification, promotional logistics to POS auditing and in-store robotic promotion for companies in the FMCG and IT&C, banking, oil & gas, and energy sectors.
Founded in 2009 by George Ștefănescu, James Kodor and Lavinia Yassien, Imersia Multichannel Agency provides integrated distribution and trade marketing services for FMCGs.
