• Assisted the shareholders of Stein Bestasig Insurance Broker SRL in the sale of their stake to PIB Group, an important insurance intermediary internationally, backed by Apax Funds and The Carlyle Group;

• Assisted the shareholders of Netopia Group on the sale of their majority stake to funds managed by Innova Capital;

• Assisted the shareholders of Keppler in the sale of their entire stake to Bittnet;

• Assisted ESX and its founder in connection with its series A from Catalyst Romania;

• Assisted Catalyst Romania in its financing of Adapta Robotics;

•Assisted Cleverage Capital in connection with a series of its investments in healthcare start-ups;
