Bio

Andrei is a Senior Associate in the M&A | Corporate department. He advises clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including both domestic and cross-border M&As in areas such as healthcare, technology, finance and energy, as well as other corporate advisory work. In addition, he has previous experience in banking and finance and has worked for two leading Romanian law firms prior to joining Andronic and Partners. Andrei is a member of the Bucharest Bar and graduated from the Babes-Bolyai Law School.
