Bio

Cezara is a dedicated lawyer with a strong focus on dispute resolution, consistently achieving outstanding results in every case. Prior to joining our team, she gained valuable experience at a leading law firm, where she worked on a wide range of disputes, including commercial, corporate, administrative, and urban planning matters, as well as enforcement and insolvency cases. Cezara’s expertise also includes arbitration and advising on the litigation aspects of M&A transactions, honing her ability to provide precise and practical legal counsel in complex matters. Cezara graduated from both Université Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne (Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Études Européennes) and the University of Bucharest, earning an LLM in Droit et Gouvernance des Affaires Internationales et Européennes. She is also a member of the Bucharest Bar.
